Hungary continues to adhere to the provisions of the treaties and to the agreement reached by the Heads of State and Government in July, which we adopted because we are committed to European solidarity and support the Member States in need to access resources as quickly as possible, but the problem is that according to the pro-immigration European Parliament, this agreement is not good, they want to mix political and ideological issues with budgetary questions - Balázs Orbán talked about all this in an interview with Origo.

The Deputy Minister and Parliamentary and Strategic State Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office, also spoke about the desire to expand the training program of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium, both in terms of quantity and quality. By the end of the development program, 10,000 young people will be educated in 35 training places across the Carpathian Basin, from Vienna to Cluj-Napoca, from the age of 10 to the end of one’s professional career.

From the outside, it seems that the goal of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC) with the current transformations is to become one of the leading talent management institutions in Hungary and the region. What will this construction look like in terms of numbers?

MCC has been a talent development institution for 25 years. From primary school age through secondary school students to undergraduate and graduate students, this community consists of more than 2,500 people.

Our goal is to provide these talented Hungarian young people with free but high-quality training that is in accordance with the best international methodology, in order to be able to run the career that is destined for them, and thus they can indirectly serve not only their own well-being, but also the cause of Hungary's rise.

Now we want to expand this training in both quantitative and qualitative terms. By the end of the development program, we will deal with 10,000 young people in 35 training places across the Carpathian Basin, from Vienna to Cluj-Napoca, from the age of 10 to the end of one’s professional career.

It seems like it’s not just about talent management, it’s also a think tank activity. Do they really have such plans?

This is necessarily the case in the sense that the essence of this type of educational-talent management methodology is that the best educators and researchers work for us. And they need to have the time and energy to deal with children on an individual level, in a so-called tutoring system, while also engaging in scientific and educational activities. And this necessarily takes place in the public life, and so does the organizing of public lectures and debates, media appearances or the publishing of books. The system of international relations is also very important, because the young people we have here must learn from the best in the world.
